Frequently asked questions

The signer did not receive the email

Check the spam folder. From the request you can resend the invitation or copy the personal link and send it another way.

The one-time code does not arrive or has expired

The signing page lets you request a new code after one minute. Each code is valid for a few minutes and only once.

How do I verify a signed document?

Use the verification page with the code printed on the PDF or by uploading the file.

Microsoft Teams app

I can't find "Richiedi firma" (Request signature) in the chat

Select + below the compose box and look for Easy Sign, or send nuova to the bot. In chats with external people or personal Teams accounts Microsoft disables apps: request the signature from the bot chat and add the external person by email.

"Your Microsoft account is not an Easy Sign user"

To send requests from Teams you need an Easy Sign user with the same address as the Microsoft account: an administrator invites it from Utenti (Users).

"Your Microsoft organization is not linked yet"

An Easy Sign administrator generates the code in Integrazioni → Microsoft Teams and sends it to the bot as collega XXXX-XXXX. See Easy Sign for Microsoft Teams.

Pressing "Firma" (Sign) shows an error or a blank page

The code that opens the signing page is valid for two minutes: close the dialog and press Firma again. If it happens again, reload Teams (Ctrl+F5 on desktop, close and reopen the app on mobile) or sign from the link received by email.

I don't receive the bot's messages

The bot only writes to people who installed the Easy Sign app. An administrator can install it for everyone from the Teams admin center.
