Terms of service

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These general terms (the "Terms") govern the use of the Easy Sign service (the "Service") provided by Spiniello Marco (the "Provider") to customers who sign up or subscribe to a plan (the "Customer"). By signing up the Customer confirms having read and accepted them. In case of discrepancy the Italian version prevails.

1. Provider

2. Who the Service is for

The Service is intended only for professionals, businesses and organisations using it for their activity. It is not offered to consumers: by signing up the Customer declares to act for professional or business purposes. Anyone signing up on behalf of an organisation declares to be authorised to bind it.

3. The Service

Easy Sign lets the Customer send PDF documents for signature to its clients ("Signers") with an OTP electronic signature and, optionally, identification with SPID; produces a final PDF sealed with a timestamp and an audit trail; allows public verification; and lets the Customer manage cases on the web, via API and AI assistants. Available features depend on the plan.

The signature is a simple electronic signature under Regulation (EU) 910/2014 (eIDAS), not an advanced, qualified or digital signature. Its evidential value is freely assessed by courts. The Customer is responsible for choosing, for each document, the type of signature required by law.

4. Account and users

5. Free trial, plans and fees

6. Customer obligations and acceptable use

The Customer uses the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. It must not send unlawful, misleading or infringing documents; use the Service for spam or to obtain signatures without Signers' informed consent; attempt to access other customers' data, bypass plan limits or compromise security; resell the Service without written agreement. The Customer is solely responsible for the content of documents and its relationship with Signers.

7. Personal data

For users' data and contact and billing data the Provider is the controller under the privacy notice. For Signers' data and uploaded documents the Customer is the controller and the Provider acts as processor (Article 28 GDPR) under the data processing agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Availability, support and security

The Provider keeps the Service available and secure with professional diligence. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or external causes (network, hosting, email and SMS providers, SPID identity providers, timestamp services). Support is provided by email on business days. No specific service levels are guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

9. Intellectual property

The software, trademarks and content of the Service belong to the Provider or its licensors. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the term of the contract. Uploaded documents remain the Customer's.

10. Limitation of liability

Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data not attributable to the Provider, nor for the use of signed documents, the choice of signature type or their legal value. In any case the Provider's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months before the event.

11. Term, cancellation and termination

12. Changes to the Terms

The Provider may change these Terms for technical, legal or business reasons with at least 30 days' notice by email. If the Customer does not accept the changes it may cancel before they take effect.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of the place where the Provider has its registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
