Easy Sign for Microsoft Teams

With the Easy Sign for Microsoft Teams app you request signatures on quotes, contracts and terms from any chat, and signers sign without leaving Teams.

What you can do

• Request a signature from a chat: Easy Sign icon below the compose box (or +) → Richiedi firma (Request signature), or send nuova to the bot. Upload the PDF or pick a template and choose signers among chat members or by email.
• Track progress: the card in the chat shows who has signed and who still has to, and updates itself.
• Sign in Teams: signers press Firma (Sign) and confirm with their Microsoft account or with a code sent by email.
• Get notified: the bot tells you when it is your turn, when the document is signed, declined or expired, and when the final sealed and timestamped PDF is ready.
• My documents: the app tab lists the documents you need to sign and the requests you sent.
• External signers: people outside your organization sign from the link they receive by email.

Requirements

• An Easy Sign subscription, Professional plan or higher.
• Microsoft 365 with Teams for work or school (personal Teams does not support apps).
• To send requests from Teams: being an Easy Sign user with the same email address as the Microsoft account.

Installation and linking

1. Install the Easy Sign app from Teams (Apps) or, as an administrator, from the Teams admin center for the whole organization.
2. In Easy Sign open Integrazioni → Microsoft Teams (Integrations) and select Genera codice di collegamento (an Easy Sign administrator is required).
3. In Teams open the Easy Sign bot chat and send collega XXXX-XXXX with the code: your Microsoft organization is linked.
4. Invite into Easy Sign (Utenti, Users) the people who will send requests from Teams, with their Microsoft address.

You can unlink the organization at any time from Integrazioni → Microsoft Teams. The app interface is in Italian.

Data and security

The app does not read conversations: the bot only receives messages addressed to it and actions on its buttons. It uses your Microsoft organization ID and the name, email and ID of the users of the app. When a signer confirms with their Microsoft account, the audit trail records these identifiers as evidence.
